I am a sighted person learning Braille transcription but the Braille on the screen is very small and I have difficulty seeing it. Is there any way to increase the size of the Braille in the display? I am using a MAC computer.

It is unclear whether Perky Duck Free for MAC has an option to increase the size of the braille display. The user may need to explore the program's settings or contact the developer for assistance.
I have a question from a couple of my students who use Perky Duck as pasted below: "At random times when we are brailling nothing appears on the screen, we can also not delete anything. When this happens we try switching it off and restarting, but this does not always help. The problem seems to be getting worse which is very frustrating this close to the final exam. This problem happens not only on the computers at school but also on my laptop at home." Is there any advice I could send them?

It's possible that you're using an outdated application which in this case, the only way to overcome the errors encountered by students is through update. Access the official website and instruction your students to download the latest version. They're probably using a newer operating system with an old version of the software. The latest one is optimized for Windows 7 and Windows 8.
